Academic Credits

Any student who wishes to receive academic credit for work completed at our program will receive an official transcript indicating the number of class hours completed and an overall grade for performance. The appropriate administrator at the student's home university must agree to his/her participation in the program prior arrival.

One semester unit of credit is granted for each 15 (1 week.) Thus, a four-week program of 3 hours of class daily would generate 4 semester credits.

Students may chose a letter grade or a Credit or Non Credit option. Weekly progress reports are evaluated and recorded, and a final examination is given to each student. An official transcript will be sent to the home institutions for those students receiving credits.

Transcripts

When requesting a transcript, please provide us with the following information:

Your name (including any maiden or married names you may have used while attending the University) 
Your social security number 
Dates in which you were enrolled 
A phone number or address where you can be reached in case there is a problem processing your request 
Detailed instructions about where you want your transcript sent (include complete address and name of contact person, if applicable.)

You may have your transcript mailed directly to you in a sealed envelope. However, many institutions will not accept a transcript as official unless it is sent directly to their admissions office with the seal unbroken.

Transcripts are usually mailed within 10 working days of receipt of the request
